The Medtech Compliance Forum by Aurevia & RAPS is a dedicated program within Labquality Days, bringing together regulatory, quality and clinical professionals, innovators, and medtech leaders to discuss the compliance topics shaping the future of the industry. As part of the internationally recognized Labquality Days, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2026, the forum benefits from being part of one of Northern Europe’s largest annual congresses in laboratory medicine, diagnostics, medical & health technology.
With more than 1200 participants from approximately 40 countries, and a dedicated exhibition area, the event provides a strong international platform for both established companies and emerging innovators. Previously, around 60 companies participated in the exhibition, creating a vibrant environment for networking, knowledge exchange, and business development.

Exhibition area
The exhibition will take place at the Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre.
This popular venue is home to some of the largest trade fairs in the Nordics. It is located in the capital city of Helsinki, in the district of Pasila.
The exhibition area will be on the first floor of the Messukeskus Congress Wing.
Market Square is the bustling centre of the entire event, while Boulevard is a thoroughfare that leads to the lecture halls.
The dedicated Medtech Compliance Forum exhibition area will be conveniently located in the Winter Garden right next to Market Square.
Exhibition packages
We offer a range of exhibition and partnership packages designed to suit different goals and budgets. Please note that several packages are available in limited quantities and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participation in the exhibition area is free of charge for visitors, giving exhibitors an excellent opportunity to invite clients, prospects, and industry contacts to their booth. Any lecture passes included in your package may also be used for invited guests.
